72MM Streak filters

[Directorb]

Hey there, I've been trying to find a place to purchase a streak filter (Also known as a 2 point star filter) somewhere on the web, but the only ones I've found are overtly expensive.

Does anyone knows where I can pick up a 72MM Streak filter/2 point star filter for a reasonable price?

i've heard and read (and seen stills) that cokin speed filters do the same effect as a streak filter.
