China's bootleg version of the iPhone!

That was an awful article. The topic is an iPhone clone, yet in 5 pages he covers cars, silks, and everything but the iPhone knock off.

I think as consumers we're mindlessly feeding the dog that bites us... and of course we'll never stop.

Capitalism is like life... it finds a way.

LOL... it's metaphorical.

BTW... my mom used to have a friend who did logos for Chinese companies... basically all he did is turn the swoosh upside down or whatever. A while back P.K.G. posted some pics of Snooby backpacks and stuff like that :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

Take THAT :nads: Charles Schultz!

I'm sorry but the Chinese are quickly earning an international reputation as a bunch of criminals. First stealing billions of dollars from Hollywood. Now this. Let' try to rip off everybody. And their government, for all intents and purposes, seems to be endorsing it.

But it´s ok when companys like Apple produce in China and make big profits because of the low wages...?
Sorry, but capitalism has no nationality...
(that said China is known to give a f*ck about human rights and still has a long way to go, but that´s another story...)

Well put!

If you want to point a finger, point it at the Communist Government running China. They allow the companies to commit piracy and copyright infringement by reverse engineering. However, international news is illegal, and if you have students rebelling, just send the Army to take care of them.

As far as the US goes, they are just as guilty by supporting trade with China. And if Cuba had anything of value aside from cigars, rum, and coffee, we would probably be trading with them too.
