A few friends entered a 30-day short film contest where you are only allowed to spend $500... so you get the subject (in this case it was: Twist) and you have 30 days to hand a 5 minute short including credits...

We won Best Movie, Best Directing and Best Editing in their Pro category. We also got accepted into the Miami International Film Festival and a few others.

Shot with the DVX-100b, 24fps.

it took me a few seconds ot catch on to all the "continuity errors" lol. very very nice.

if you want contact info I'll make sure and get that for you right away

Why have I seen this before?

Did you post it a while back when it was first put on YouTube (December)?

humm.... I don't think so... I was wondering about that today but I saw that there were only like 200 something hits on it so I figured I didn't and that's why I posted it here today... ?

That was great! I'm glad you guys have won recognition for it.

With the first switch from red shirt to green, I thought, "...wow, that was fast." And as soon as the new guy came running after him, I was like, "ooooooh!" :)

Great job!

the steady operator was Ozzie who switches pro steady rigs more often than he switches underwear (or so I've heard) he apparently has owned most of the pro rigs and mastered all of them... I don't know which one he had but I could ask if it really peeks ur interest...

Holy ****, that was the raddest short i've ever seen. I'm so amped!!! What a awsome film. Makes me want to build a steady cam, steal peoples cameras and buy a treadmill all at once.

Awesome! don't know what else to say it was great... 'I'm jealous' might be sufficient.

I would also love to see a full res version and any past or upcoming work by you.

Attic you made my friggin' day hehe... My prod company will be co-producing with Juan Falla, who edited Snap, and two of his friends' companies' again, shortly.

Michelle and I will both star in this new short, but most of the credit will be going to Juan who will Direct it and his friends who promise to put many hours into CGI, sound design and the concept itself.
It is Juan's concept, and he has already written and story-boarded it... it will be action action action!
It might take a few months before we see that one, well it all depends on how much detail the'll put into the reflections in the bullets

I'll see if I can host a bigger .mp4 of it... say like 150MB and without the YouTube compression.
