Exporting from FC Pro 6 to After Effects 7?

Footage is 720/25pn and I want to change a few things on After effects. What will be the best settings to export it with?

For any FCP to AE work, I think Automatic Duck is the best option. That will export your timeline with settings to AE so you should not be concerned about how to set. Otherwise, I would export at current settings and duplicate those settings in AE.
