Although I wish Justin all the best, I am somewhat dissapointed. I'm not going to do a public rant. I just hope that you gathered something from this experience about how directors and composers can or cannot succesfully communicate.

Yeah - this was partly a miscommunication and partly a scheduling thing.
 
Live and learn. What we are doing (making a movie with no budget) is so freakin hard.
We are all on borrowed time and money. Bottomline: im psyched to see this!
 
Aram, you're such a tease ... I've been waiting to see this puppy. If the footage is as good as the screen grabs, I'll be in line for a DVD.

I always think the footage is better than the images but we will see. My fav shot isn't up there though. I think he's teasing me. :)
Also Steve shot a lot of this too, we mixed up when we shot and I think it blends together well since we went with lighting to make it look natural and not "lit"
 
It looks really good in HD. I kind of think it loses a lot in the web version, the milky shadows we were going for look a little banded and noisy after compression. When I went over to watch the final cut in full rez I was like "oh sh1t, that looks better than I thought". I can't wait when Dale puts the full story version with better compression up.

me too, workin on the longer version. BUt need to shoot one more shot. after tryin alot of different compressions, couldnt get one just under the mark. Got scared and posted so i wouldn't miss the dealine. BUt the uploaded copy aint too bad. (i hope:)

Hey Ted, I know what you mean. We would make a kick ass team if we lived near each other and I think about it pretty often. We are definitely going to make something together this year fo' sho'
