HVX Online Rebate Form Problem

I was wondering if someone could help me with this.

I purchased the AG-HVX200P from B&H Photo Video on 5-13-07 and received it on 5-22-07. When I go to panasonic's website (the online rebate form) it says the serial has been used already or does not exist? Am I going crazy or what? Any help would be truly appreciated.

I called the number on the rebate page the last two days but no one picked up. I left 2 messages though. They must be on an EXTENDED memorial day vacation. lol
 
Did you try undercase/ lower case etc?

I recall having a similar problem but maybe it was more like "this isnt a valid serial" etc. good luck on your quest
