Just finished a music video with the HVX with M2 on the JImmy Jib.

my 1st AC (Lee Lezbos) took the picture. He jury riged the film pict gear to some arri 35mm rod clamp that he had and put that on my M2 rods.

I'll post some fotage soon. Rap video cars blowing up, Girls, cool salvage yard stuff.

Wow. The rental house in my area has a 30' Jimmy Jib, but I've never even thought about putting the HVX/M2 on it.

I'm excited to see the footage. Are you using the Panasonic 17" HD monitor in that porta brace in the background? I'm thinking of buying one of those, rental prices usually aren't worth it.

Cheers,

Those frames are clean. small but clean. Attach the pics using manage attachments, and put up larger frame grabs, instead of thumbnail size url images.

Also aren't you suppose to have "big titty hoes" in your video. That chic is flat. ;)

How was the follow focus on the 14mm? Did you need to pull?

Can't wait to see the finished cut, or just some of the footage. It looks pretty nice. What state did this come out of?

Cheers,

Matt

yes we definitly pulled on the 14mm we did a shot where we followed a chacter in backgroung then racked to a guy in foreground then sweeped up to that wide shot with the 2 cranes in the back ground..my ac contoled with the remote that comes with the Jib Pakage...

of those shots the 14mm is a f2.8 the 90mm macro is a f2.5 my 50mm is f1.4. so no almost all my lenses are f2.8 or less except one zoom.

This camera has been out for 10 month now why are you guys still looking at evrey frame for NOise? yes the cameras noisey. Are you guys not shure what camera to get? shoot with every camera you can get your hands on. Do tests and make up your own mind thats what DP's do. Light and shoot it the way the story or concept needs not just the one with least noise. and yes there will always be less noise if it was shot 35mm or Varicam or f900 even a fx1. but yeah shure I'll post bigger Frames.

the girl was an Actress and did a great job. there was profetional dancers there.

we shot in AZ...

That was a big tease... in a small ass video...

JUST GIMME THE LIGHT!

Yeah update us when you get a better cut with some more REZ, kthxbye.

Cheers,
