Got mine today and it didn't work (at least the P2 card didn't mount. I'll try a firewire card and see if it works.

No e-mail, so I checked the order confirmation in the original e-mail, and it says shipped 4/24 (and to confirm, my card has been charged).

9:10 am today, sitting in a Fed-Ex facility in Scarberia... It may get here in time for a commercial I shoot tomorrow, may not. If it does arrive I won't rely on it until I can prove that it works as well as the system I now use with an older G4 laptop. Don't want to look like an idiot on set with tech troubles.

Received the adapter, running XP it doesn't work. Installed all the drivers, updates, etc. I called tech support who went through the protocol checklist, put me on hold, came back and was told by his supervisor that they are receiving simular calls for XP users.

Question for XP'ers - did you get it to work w/o problems?

No it doesn't. It only has drivers for Mac OS 10.4.8, which is not the current version of OS X... it's 10.4.9. Great!

BTW, did I read somewhere that we need a new P2 Driver from Panasonic for the Intel Mac laptops?

The adapter does NOT work, I'm running 10.4.9 and the INSTANT I plug it in I get the mac restart screen. I'm a little disappointed with Duel systems not updating their drivers ASAP.

I've heard people with XP are having issues as well.
