What's wrong with Magic Bullet and DVX Book offer?

I bought my DVX100b on the middle of February 2007, I registered my rig with Panasonic Rebate Center and received my $500.00 check already, but the DVX Book and the Magic Bullet Software none. I sent an e-mail to Veronica Burks from Panasonic Rebate Center and I was told that the software was out of stock, but it would be shipped to me in two more weeks, has been passed over a month and nothing yet. I've sent a couple more e-mails to the same person but I don't receive any answer back. Does any of you are in the same situation like me?
I thought this people from Panasonic were more trustable folks, now I feel disappointed with them.:kali:

:undecided Sad to say I'm in the same boat, so add my name to that list. Now I can't get any reply to E-mail an no return calls. Look at the link below for details.

Yeap, my next acquisition will be Canon definitely, I won't buy nothing from Panasonic no longer, they sucks.:badputer:
Finally I wonder, where are Barry Green or Jan Crittenden Livingston from Panasonic Broadcast & TV Systems Product Manager, to respond these inquires ? I got my camera from an authorized Panny dealer (no gray market as they named) an it is a legit rig since I registered and received my cash rebate flawlessly.

Panasonic doesnt handle the rebates - acbe rebates is the company you have an issue with. There were lots of issues with the P2 rebate on the HVX side as well. I wouldnt swear off a brand for poor rebate management.

Jan's been a tad busy at NAB. And as far as I know, Veronica was with the old rebate company, not ABC or ACB or whoever is now handling the rebates. The old company was replaced for a reason -- you should make sure you're talking to the current company.

Oh I didnt know there was a new rebate company - thank god! Glad to see Panasonic responded to the problems had with ACB

OK this is all very nice. But back to the issue, we got checks, but who has the books and software.?
...Right! that's my concern too: Where the heck are my books and the software? But nobody here talks about it, I'm asking here more info regarding where should to go and and have a check out about books and software status.
I think is very important that any reputable company fulfill with their commitments.

Well, I got a reply to my E-mailssss. It seem it's all Panasonics fault, they're not shipping the books or software. SO, to bad. That's more or less what I was told. Sorry.:crybaby: I do have a Case Number with Panasonic. But I would rather have my stuff. At this point I have talked to eight people at Panasonic, but still no luck. It's after 6PM so the last number they gave me is closed. 1-800-524-1448. Try again tomorrow.

Excuse me S A Studios, what do you mean 'have a Case Number with Panasonic'?
Thanks.

This is John from Red Giant--

Anyone having issue with Panasonic and our software please email me:support1[at]redgiantsoftware.com and i will make sure you are taken care of.

Well since I post here all the time you can talk to me. I beileve ACB ran out of Books and Software about the time I left for NAB which was March 26th. Sorry. I am back in the saddle now and can get the books and software expedited over there. Sorry for the inconvenience but it should be resolved soon.

However, if you have received your check, you should have received your book long ago. So PM me and I will check it out. Please include your name, address, and serial number of your camera.

Best,

Jan

The 1-800 number above is to Panasonic Broadcast & TV Systems tech support, and they can't help you, sorry once again.:crybaby: The case number I referred to in the last post is a number with Panasonic that contains all my personal info. so the nine people I have talked to knows instantly they can't help me.

I would love to Jan Crittenden Livingston, Panasonic Broadcast & TV Systems and get this worked out. In my first post on this subject is a link and all my info. was prossed on 3-7-2007, and yes I have had my check, thank you.

I looked at the first post in this thread it does not have all of your information.

I need your full name, your complete mailing address address and the serial number of your camera. You can either post that here or in a PM. I really don't care either way but you might. More than likely your book/software has been sent and UPS has lost it. So we can and do track lost shipments so that UPS can pay us for the ones they lose which is why I need your address. The serial number is to find your claim quickly at ACB.

Thanks,

Jan

 John is the best. By the time I posted last he was calling. He says if there is a problem getting your software he can take care of it. Make sure you put a 1 after support. Him and Jan Crittenden Livingston are working to take care of all there customers. Thank you John ( Red Giant ) and Jan ( Panasonic ), BOOO to the rebate center. And I see Jan has posted, so as you can tell this site works.
