Why do they have to pay $1500 more for 4 year old technology and little more manual control and better build and look ? I'm currently looking for a camcorder and am leaning toward the Canon HV20. I figure that if I go with the Canon HV20, I could use the $1500 difference to buy a nice sound setup. From what I've learned in the audio forum, sound is half of what you experience in a movie, right
You are correct about audio. And that is why the DVX is better.. it has XLR audio and not a minipin unbalanced connection. lol
