NAB 2007 - Las Vegas, Nevada - April 16-19 *** PARTY DETAILS ANNOUCED***

Just a quick question... how much does it cost to attend, when i went to CES it was free if you registered a few weeks in advance, but cost money if you did it last minute.

It is only a three hour drive for me, so it would definitely be worth it.

It's free to get into the NAB tradeshow if you pre-register (I don't remember when pre-registration closes).

Run a DVXuser (or google) search for "free NAB exhibit passes" for a "VIP invitation code" that you use to pre-register.

David Linetsky and I will be there and a rumor has it that we may show up with a couple of CinePorter™ mock-ups to show everyone at the party. :) You'll be the first ones!

Awesome. Some new details too, I hope. Dang it. Now I am even more mad that I can't go :)

Later,
Jason

I'm driving out to Vegas after I take my kids to lunch on Tuesday. Ought to be in Vegas by 6:00 PM, so I won't be able to go to the show beforehand to get locaton info.

Will you be posting location info, etc for the soiree here beforehand?

Okay. I'll bring my laptop.

Heh. I was going to anyway...

...But now I'm REALLy going to bring it.

Nice. I'll be there Tuesday through Thursday, and I'm staying at the Mirage! So how could I not attend the DVX User Party?

not enough time to renew my usa visa, they are much harder to get now, and take much longer too. hope next year i can party with you guys.
will be waiting to read everything about nab on the forum.
cheers

I'll be at the After Party. Better than the PROMAX event I hope. Or will it be a bunch of geeky camera and post guys and not a GIRL in sight?

Not that I care...I'm married...but...what happens in Vegas...

Count me in!!
I hope to finally meet some of you DVX/REDUSERS in person!
Unfortunately I won't have internet access, but am staying at the mirage.
So I'll figure it out on the day!
Cheers,

I live in Los Angeles so going to NAB for more than 3 days is too long and too hard on my bank account. ;)

DUH! I JUST saw this thread NOW, sitting in my hotel room at the Las Vegas Hilton. Really wanted to go to the DVXUSER party (I thought it was Monday). Depending on my call time back in L.A. for Wednesday, I'll see if I can still make it!
