spidey, you're absolutely insane! LMAO! I couldn't stop laughing, giggling, laughing through the whole thing.

Compression looked a little rough

Opening credits were way too long, 31 seconds is hard to sit through for a short.

Music was off the hook! I loved that. Oh it's Chris Hurn! He's the fukin sh!t!!!!!

But again, I thought it was down right funny and by far the most different "drama" film in the contest.

yea it was too compressed my bad ill try to get a better one up soon. but im glad you like it :) the intro was made to be like you're getting you self into something , if you notice reunion is made that way as well. but yes i want to to build up suspense and chris' music help do that. hes an a great artist to be only 17. kudos to chris!
 
well i was hoping to post a video up by yesterday but i was having trouble my computer wanted to act strange anyway, should see something this evening.

hey spidey - thats exactly what got me. It opened and I said out loud - Jesus, this is exactly like reunion. At that point I think you had lulled me into thinking this was a 'worthy' attempt which made it all the more funny.
 
hahah im glad you got it :) yeah i wanted it to appear like oh boy he made reunion again then its something different.
 
I think after this I'll probably look back at you're other shorts with a slightly different perspective. Be honest, all those torture scenes in Reunion were a bundle of laughs for you right? :-)

I remember laughing at that totaly insance 'hills of eyes' freakshow with that Fisher Price Xylophone and I pissed myself laughing when he showed up. Now I'm thinking that was probably intentional!
 
its a spilt, if you knew me i laugh at the most ****ed up things. but I hope to make people go oh my god or gross or make people laugh.... I just like to entertain people.

I guess you could say the part where marvin gets shot in the face I laughed my ass off, but the person i watched it with nearly vomitted. (marvin from - pulpficton)

So yeah :) I really like to make people think is this serious sometimes......

I'm late to all of this, but to give another angle. We ARE a pack of smartasses. We do a lot of drama, but it's always blended in with other type genre. When faced with the "drama" idea, this one just seemed fun. We needed to blow off some steam. We blew our steam at "drama" not at DVXuser. Try to look at it as the "lets have fun entry", and not the "F*#k everybody" entry. Cut us some slack. We've all been working our asses off. We need an outlet, even if it is a sarcastic last minute attempt. The real drama is the fact that we don't have time to do all the projects we want to do.

Funny...this arguement comes up every time, along with the art film thing. I've seen a few shows in other DVXuser comps that were just edits of shot footage in attempt to play. Please keep in mind that this was shot for Drama Fest, regardless.
