Reversble Eye Cup? Left eye Shooting DVX?

[DoubleHigh]

Hi all,

Simple question I can't find the answer for; can you swap the eye-piece on a dvx100 around so it fits the left eye?

I know you can on a sony vx2100.

Thanks all,

Yes.

Ya sure can. I'm left eye-dominant, so I definately like shooting with the cup on the left eye.

yes indeed. Im a lefty eye too and its funny to see somebody who uses their right eye look into the viewfinder and get poked. "what the hell, your eye cup is on backwards!" I just respond "no your backwards"

haha, I've seen that happen so many times, Ruska. I really do get a kick out of it as well.

Rubbing soot around the edge of the eye cup, then inviting a friend to check your framing is fun, too.
