Numbers going Bonkers in viewfinder???

i was shooting the other day and the numbers in the top of the viewfinder were going crazy!!! even on the playback. it was a bunch of jittering randomness.

Has anyone had this problem or can explain?

Are you sure you didn't accidently hit the counter display button and switch over to display user bits or something else?

Happened to me two days ago.

Hey guys.. I noticed this happening to me too. When I press "counter" it switches it around, but on a couple of the setting numbers are still going haywire.

For some reason this only happens when I'm shooting in 1080p 24p.. Where is the setting I'm missing to make it go back to normal. I can't find the "display user bits" that they were talking about..
