Managed to complete another draft.

Will be casting this coming weekend, via a handy contact.

Locations secured. Other than: The story involves some station shots, and recent experience tells me I should get the greenlight there pretty easily from JR.

In a frantic search for crew as we speak.

Shooting January.

OK per above "in a frantic search for crew" I have had a slight setback, my script editor who is also working on Sing me a lullaby, will be abroad for the xmas/ new year period from tomorrow. That puts me in a hole as I wanted to wrap this up quick.

Thus I am looking for a script editor. This is Dramafest, so Im not spending my upcoming feature budget on it. Full credit of course. If your interested in taking a look - and dont already have an entry (doesnt mean you cant be working on another entry) - please let me know. Of course I am happy for you to take a look and see if its something your interested in working with.

CHARLI was graciousness enough to give my second draft a full concise review and now Im on the third and getting closer. Its always great to find someone who will be completely honest in their review but beyond that in a very useful manner, so publically - excellent Charli I really appreciate your effort.

Now, this one I am really looking forward to. Love the setting. Love all things Asian, too. Like my wife :)

Best of luck to you,
Jason

Glad to hear Charli stepped up to help you out. If you need an additional set of eyes to look anything over, feel free to give me a holler.

Good luck

Absolutely! And on another note, I have to say the number of people willing to give up their time and assist has been truly outstanding. I sincerely thank you all.

Hey, hey, it's my pleasure, I'll take another look at that draft and give you
more feedback. It's getting better.

First post updated. Confirmed that Herman Witkam will be creating the score. I am sure your all aware of his past fest work and brilliance.
