Samy's Santa Ana has A1

[MatthewRyan]

I was just at Samy's in Santa Ana and demoed the only A1 any of their locations. I must say the camera is very impressive. I didn't have time to really dive into it but from what I saw it is worth the $3999.

[prodigywookie]

ur getting me excited for it! but im pissed because my order got delayed a week or so

[DCCowan]

What company did you order from, prodigywookie? Hope it wasn't B&H. :\

[Dalton Boettcher]

I hope not too. I pre-ordered my A1 from B&H the first day it was available for pre-order and my order status is still listed as "On Order." Hope I get it this week...

[DCCowan]

Yeah, I check the order's status everyday... twice (or thrice) a day.

[prodigywookie]

I ordered from amazon.com mainly because there is a 4 year warranty offered for 200 dollars. It'll be a couple weeks before I get it, but it's well worth the wait.

[manglerBMX]

just got an email from b&h saying they have it in stock now...

[Dalton Boettcher]

So did I. Looks like they haven't shipped mine yet....I'm getting impatient....DCCowan, I see yours has shipped and you should have it Thursday. Out of curiosity, what day did you place your order? I placed mine on 9/9/06 and evidentially they still haven't shipped mine.

EDIT: Just as I was typing this, I got an email telling me they've shipped it. I'll have mine Thursday as well! Something tells me these next two days will go by real slow...
