720P preset for Premiere Pro 2.0

[Mark Johnson]

Are there not any presets available for the HVX settings in Premiere Pro? I note that there's presets for the CANON HDV settings but how can there not be presets for the HVX??? If no presets are available, what are the custom settings best used for 720P? I usually work in FCP but am trying out the Cineform AspectHD with Premiere 2.0 for a client who uses Premiere.

Thanks.

There should be presets installed with Aspect HD. Look for a preset folder named CineForm, at the top of the list. It has a few presets for 720p.

what if you don't have aspect HD, then what settings should I manually put in?

I am wondering this as well.

is it naturally 16:9 if i select square pixels?

If it's 1280x720 it'll be 16:9 with square pixels.
