As always, I'll cram some scantily clad hot chick in the script somehow!

Rezfactor, you are my hero. Bless you, ... you politically incorrect bastard!!!

Oh, and damn do I love that banner. Seriously.

Really wanna try for the 'R' rating this time around too.

Yes!!!!

Also, you really have a knack for tasteful posters and banners, Rez... I love it. It's so subtle but man, it looks professional. Looking forward to Metro!

LuzCruz, You do know there's Dramedy. Drama/Comedy? It'll still fly...

You guys, Drama is going to be broad. It's just going to entail that you put some worthwhile story into the material. =)

How about the Project Greenlight submission test? Somebody could write a six-page script of straight dialogue, unattached to any time, place or genre. Just the dialogue. Then, everybody makes a film. Can be any genre. The dialogue must be used verbatim and no new dialogue can be added. That'd be kind of fun.

I'd rather stick my head into your type-writer.

yes when the fest was new and small, like 4 or 5 films small
...
and though very creative and resourceful, it yielded results that you wouldn't want to watch 60 of.

That can be arranged, but she won't be in your area until January. Currently she's the guest attraction at Helmut's Bed and Bondage resort in L.A.

I can also arrange a "date" for you, too, if you don't like crowds.

:) :) :)

Or why themed or genred or any of that right now?

Why not Editing.

Or Sound?

Or Lighting?

Something specific-skill-oriented. Not that anyone really needs to hones of those skills. Ahem.

That was the point of the Drama vote: to encourage people to hone their writing skills, or create something that's story/character driven as opposed to effects and-the-like.

Well, with one teeny-tiny screenwriting forum here and a zillion hardware-ish tech forums, that might not be what people come here for.

If there's one thing I want to get better at, it's writing...the most important part of any movie. I come here for the tech, but I'm beginning to understand that without the writing and creativity, the tech is void.
