Do any dealers sell the Panasonic VW-AD9 battery charger?

Does the Quad charger actually charge 4 Batteries at once or is it like the Anton Bauer and only do 1 at a time?

Is it garanteed that the SCPAN-6000 replacement batteries won't distroy the electronics of the HVX200. In other words is not more safe to use the official Panasonic batteries (although probably a bit more expensive).

Can the official Panasonic batteries be charged in the TC400 without reducing the lifetime (number of times they can be recharged) of the batteries?

All 7.2V Li-Ion batteries have the same operating voltage range, brand name Panasonics or generics. It makes no difference to the camera if the battery is a brand name or not.
Same is true with the TC400 charger, it charges either battery accurately and safely.

Thanks Alex, I changed my list of things I want to get and put the TC400-4 with TDM on it.


I have a lot of additional questions on the batteries though.

1.) The SCPAN-6000 batteries are those the same as offered on the DVXuser site http://www.dvxuser.com/articles/battery/. They don't look the same (or are they the Lenmar Panasonic LIP 540 CGA-D54/54S Equivalent Camcorder Battery ) ???

2.) Can the batteries offered by DVXuser be used in the TC400 charger as well?

3.)Which once are best in combination with the TC400?

4.) Who is the supplier of SCPAN-6000 batteries you or Specialized Communications ? Can I order them at your place together with the TC400/TDM?

5.) What do I EXACTLY have to do to get the 2 years warrenty on the charger and batteries?

6.) Fit those batteries as good as the original PANA batteries in the HVX or oiw is this maybe the reason why some people have problems with the battery mounting bay of the HVX (clips that break)????

Totaly independent channels. All 4 are charged simultaneously.
