DX lenses compatibility

Considering the DX lenses are thought for 23.7mm x 15.8mm coverage and the S35 sensor is 24.4mm x 13.72mm and the problem is the lack of manual aperture ring and a deficient focus offer (according the reports that I've been reading or hearing because I don't know them), I'm asking if do you know any model which doesn't feature those?

The focus issues apply to basically all still lenses; they're just not designed to make in-shot focus racking look good, because, of course, still cameras don't record focus racking.

As far as the manual aperture ring issue applies to Nikon's offerings, only the G-series lenses don't have manual aperture things. I believe all DX lenses are G-series, but I'm not completely sure.

Correct, but there may be a mechanical workaround.

You can pull really fast focus pulls with still lenses though, witch is good if your making weird ****.
