I thought you did a great job, Movie Master. Regardless of what anyone says, you created a heck of a lot of buzz, and I think that's pretty cool.

Come to think of it, it's almost icing on the cake that your short was relatively enjoyable, and yeah, even a little scary!

In my book, you can be dvxuser's honorary "Snakes On A Plane" phenomenon.

Dude... look, honestly if homeboy didn't hype it up so much, I would not have had high expectations... expectations play into how one sees something, it's just a fact.
 
heck....i'd rather see a movie like this that knows its not serious and takes advantage of it....than one that thinks its serious and falls on its face.
 
you guys go watch the film have fun enjoy it dont let a couple of "freaky dude's" influence you it's a cool flick from begining to end enjoy!
go ahead watch it with the kids invite the neighbors
 
It's all about the expectations.

I expected it to be a little film made by a young guy (15 years old or so) starring his kid sisters. I saw the screen grabs. I knew what to expect.

But in context with those expectations, I gotta say: Movie Master Rocked The House. Way more fun than I was expecting. MM, if I were you I wouldn't go clearing off shelf space for that shiny new HVX top prize or anything like that, but you totally exceeded my expectations and delivered something that was fun and way more ambitious than I thought we were gonna get!

And yes, the dishes part was delightful.

Good job.
 
after scareing the crap out of me for a month I grabbed my Cross and a bucket of holy water incase Satan himself came out of my monitor (as you recall I only have one left) and sat down to watch.. Did it live up to the hype.. well no not what i thought it was hyped to be. BUT it sure was a fun ride! I laughed i cried I spilled the bucket of holy water on my cat.. which apparently was under some type of demonic influence and instantly vaporized... It was a hell of a ride MM.
 
I will have to agree with Barry completely. That's what I expected to watch and MM did a fine job.
 
MM.. I've been 'camping' your film since day one.

one word. Tupperware.

not bad, the halloween masks... i dont know, however, throwing tupperware at your sisters (i assume) -- that should always make for a good time (and a good laugh!)
