OK OK, so I want to start downloading the shorts so I can begin to review and critique. When can we start doing that?

yeah.. your at least 2 days away.. i have a feeling people are gonna spend the next 30 hours uploading.

man... I'm totally pissed. the visual effects for Parasite dark aren't done. I don't think I'll make it.
 
I was reading the Horrorfest rules and it stipulates that you need to have at least 100 posts to review entries. Fair enough, but what if you submited a film? It doesn't seem fair that you can be a part of the festival and NOT part of it at the same time. Any possibility of an exception for users that submitted a film? I'm not even close to 100 entries but my film is in the process of being uploaded now.

good questions that i thought about a while go but never brought it up. it also poses the question of submission of a film to the festival, the question can go both ways.
 
You can view the films but not vote for them. maybe Jarred will change the rule for people who submitted films, but it has been that way since I got here, and it probably won't get changed. Just go give feedback to everyone's thread and then find some stuff on the forums, you could add something to. You'll get to 100 in no time. :-)
