Your kidding right. They just got the damn thing working. its not like they have had a couple of months to be shooting footage around town. They have 3 or 4 shots thats it. If and when we get to see those 3 or 4 shots that will be a good day. When the camera is closer to a production model we will see maybe a dozen or so shots.
Oh this is bringing back memories! :) Seems the instant-gratification internet culture is pulling it's own Moore's Law on our patience levels. We went through this same thing with the HVX launch (the day we posted footage Jarred went through something like a terabyte of download bandwidth!), and with the FX1/Z1 launch, etc.

Keep perspective on the larger picture (ooh, a pun!) Today was the first day anything was shown. It's going to be months before they even assemble the first prototype. It's probably going to be somewhere around April before first cameras are offered for sale. April is about eight months away or so.

It is going to be weeks, if not months before we see new stuff and new updates. And that will not mean anything's wrong! And it will not mean that it's now "vaporware". Things take time.

Or, let's put it another way (forgot where I stole this from): "Nine women, no matter how hard they try, cannot make a baby in one month."

edit
i'd like to see our army and navy posting there.. even if i was there, i will be throw out in a minute. okay, maybe 10 minutes.. it's easy to understand why they felt threatened by a guy like jannard.

edit2
i meant.. ..like me.. eheh
hey, my name isn't emanuel (nor a jim stunt) even if it was a nice compliment.. one of the coolest and honest guys over here.. and he doesn't pay me for this personal marketing.. he will be furious when he will read it.. i was already warned but as my friend gordon says "it was stronger than i am"..
sorry e-man! :)
