Top Scareist Movies of all time!

The ring. American version, the scene where naiomi watts picks teh "video" fly off the screen. Creeped me out somehting fierce.
 
I dont know about the US version, the japanese was scary as hell...generally, new productions with their warm colours and nice designs dont get me in the mood to be frightened...japanese cinema stills has that numb feel to it and the language itself is scary as hell

One movie I found quite scary was The Exorcism of Emily Rose
 
Well what sfunny about japan is that they prefer their Video to be kinda colorless. I dont knwo why but watch Japanese TV its really desaturated. It carries in to theri films as well. Americans audiences prefer a colorful picture.

That wasnt the german they let go was it? I mea ni dont wanna be that guy and say they all look alike, but that would be really lame if they went as far as have that coincidence in the story. The scene was really powerful though.

ABSOLUTELY AGREE! I cannot watch that scene! It is one of the most disturbing sequences I have ever seen. I am getting nauseous just thinking about it.
