Brandon Rice

Distributed Producer
I know I posted this awhile back, but I finally got a better version of this file online. It's a larger download - 80 megs or so, but it's worth it. Check it out. Thanks.

This video was made for promoting fundraiser's in schools.

Realizing who the target audience is, this is very good. I think young children will be intrigued by the content and the boys do a very good job acting in this piece.

I remember seeing your bricemanland "test" a while back, now I see what it was for...great job putting it all together.

Peace,
Larry

What did you edit & key the green with? It looks good. Are you trying to get distribution with a children's ent. company?

We used After Effects keylight for the key. Edited on Avid. Not trying to get distribution or anything, just a promotional video.

Awesome

Awesome

This is really cool. I just showed it to a seven year old and he loved it. He kept laughing the entire time, and he said he thought the NimBlingDit was the coolest thing ever. So you have pleased your target audience. I thought the image quality was unparalled. REally amazing stuff.

By the way he didn't get the whole "I'll send you a memo" line. Just in case it helps you in a final cut.

Totally awesome! Reminds me of when I was younger watching all these kinds of shows that teaches kids a valueable lesson, and I'm now 19. Great work.

Thanks a bunch for all the comments. This film is for sure a different style for me. I like the dramatic serious stuff, but this was fun nevertheless! I am Producing/Writing/Directing/DP'ing another film geared toward kids this Fall, it's a superhero spoof, again to promote the fundraising.

Very well done. The acting was pretty good. What sort of lighting set-up did you have?

Simple really. I had one light inside the room, bouncing off the ceiling, a 1k Arriflex softbox. I had an Arriflex 650 outside the room, shining through the blinds, and a arriflex 1k softbox also shining through the blinds for the morning stuff inside the room. For the night stuff I used a 650 and 350 Arriflex inside the room.
