how to dub P2 footage from hard drive to miniDV??

Is there a way to dub the footage I shot on the Panasonic HVX200, which is now on my hard drive (no longer on P2 cards), to a miniDV? With original timecode!
:Drogar-Evil(DBG):
 
copy the CONTENT folder and LASTCLIP.txt back onto the P2 card.
You can copy from the P2 to the deck in the camera.
Please read the manual for proper procedure.
 
Please note that the video on the tape will be standard DV25/MiniDV, you cannot record DVCPro/DVCPro50/DVCProHD to tape.

sorry - is there another way that does not involve the camera, as I borrowed it of someone - and they've kinda let me know I've had my fair share of it.

also, I did dub some of my footage off the P2 card onto a miniDV. But I cannot see the original timecode any longer - all I see is the time code of the miniDV....
