That shot actually looks really nice... real nice.
 
Nice color work. I think you're going to really enjoy the tools in FCP. Looks like you will have some very nice images to work with.

Oh for sure, i've used the 3-way in 4.5 HD alot, but for some reason, the film gods hate me and FCP crapped out on my computer :( But that gave me the opportunity to upgrade to the new universal suite for 200 bones.

haha, i wish, that was me telling the authorities that there wasn't really dead people in the street. (that was a fire truck, plus an ambulance and cop came) Apparently the old people on that street call everything in.
 
updated with some new behind the scenes of the longer shoot.

My FC studio upgrade just came in the mail, so now i can edit once more. yahoo.
 
we've had a couple of crazy days of shooting, from 3-5 am one day and then 430-630 am the next. Oh, and I also moved/cleaned my entire apartment on the 14th, making me officially homeless until the 20th when we move to NC. thank god for laptops!
 
the things we do...... :) hope it works for the best! always good to see people who are not afraid to do everything it takes :)

As for my cut so far, I'm at 6'12" with no credits ... eek. ( 1 frame credits here i come.)

I will be spending the rest of the afternoon trying to find that 12 seconds to cut.
 
well, it's been a crazy couple of days, 750 mile move and the like, but we have progress!

Sent my picture lock over to dvxuser's own Edgen for him to work his magic with the score. I'm really excited to see what he comes up with.

But until then, a little more work on the sound design/effects/adr on my end.

I'll be in a high speed internet spot this weekend, perhaps i'll have some media updates for the front page by then. ;)
