Train Tracks and Back Alleys - More Brevis 35 Tests

Very organic. Dare I say it - it looks like...great footage :)

Bob, was this with the custom diffuser?

Can't wait to see a proper project. You have an eye for composition. A great set up. Two very photogenic people. Good locations. Just need a story.

Maybe it would be cool if you had a mini contest. Have DVXuser members pitch short stories based around two characters. Nothing too elaborite. Maybe something that would be a weekend shoot.

You pick your favorite. And the prize is seeing their story made. And maybe a copy on DVD.

Could be cool.

thanks guys. This is with the standard diffuser.

I really like the look you've got on this one. The first was nice, but didn't quite pop like this. Were your settings any different? Thanks

Always the same camera settings. Different color correction.

Absolutely loved this, Bob! Nice one, makes me proud you are from t.o.
Every shot was great, great composition and especially perfect exposure with no nasty highlight blow-outs. Nice photography.
I hope this was a test for a feature or short or something!!
The brevis looks great.. it seems to have all the all the checks to make it a contender.
This was my fav dvxuser piece from the last six months
cool go man!!!!

This looks fantastic! I just don't know that it shows off the Brevis. Everything Bob shoots looks so great, I can't really tell. His camera work and composition are always so nice, I can't remember to notice anything else. Damn you for making such great imagery, Bob!

Hey great footage. How long did it take for your Brevis to be turn up after you ordered it. Would you recommend it over the M2? What are your thoughts on it?

Keep up the great shooting.

Bob, great everything. You are inspirational man.

Some good examples of subtle DoF I like to see. Did you have the HVX full open and what approximate F-stop(s) on the 35mm lens on some of the deeper DoF shots? Also, if I may ask, what lens or lenses did you use please? Thanks.

It looks awesome. Yes, those questions and what do you mean by 'standard diffuser' ? Which one? in the mattebox?

Wow. That looks great. Man, the Brevis is sure making the purchase decision harder. M2 or Brevis? hmmmm......

Really lost track of the alternative adapter threats.
Can someone update me on the Brevis, please? (price, availability aso)
And bgundu, which lens and what f-stop did you use?
Btw the bokeh (how´s that spelled in english?) looked like the P+S ones to my eyes...
