Anything substantially lower, such as RoyalCamera aka Broadway Photo I believe, is to be run from as fast as you can.
When I first started my research, I got a little over-anxious and purchased from Royal Camera on impulse. I ordered the Sony HC3 (I think it is) hd camcorder. Not knowing any better, I was talked into one of their package deals. After I got off the phone I came back to my senses and thought: "I think I was just suckered!" Then I called back to cancel -- not easy to do! They suckered me again and said it was already on the shipping dock (or something like that). They assured me I could send it back if I wasn't satisfied (with a re-stock fee, of course). Anyway, I got it -- played with it for one evenining and sent it back the next afternoon -- certified. They didn't sign for it the first time it was delivered. I must of sent them 20 emails and about 5 phone calls telling them they'd better accept. Finally, they did. Then, about 2 weeks later they credited back my credit card -- minus the re-stock fee (about $250). It was an expensive lesson... but I could've bought the same "package" for more than a $250 savings elsewhere. It was not a fun experience. I was nervous the whole time.

My suggestion to OSXFreak is immediately to call Royalcamera.com and place your order. You should give them all of your credit card information and give them the secret password: "Mir sein a groise freier." These Yiddish words will ensure that you get the royal treatment. It is very similar to what your proctologist will give you, minus the lubricant. Yiddish translation provided upon request.
