Hi I need output WMV9 from FCP

[Michael T]

I'm looking at Flip4mac at $179 but it says you c an use a coupon. Does anybody know where to get a coupon? Is there a better product out there that I haven't found? I would really like to get some input. Thanks

Flip4Mac is a great product. Don't know anything about getting their coupons.. in my case I had a coupon because I won a license at the FCP shindig at NAB. But it really is the best way to handle wmv.

The Popwire wmv-9 component is also a good buy and works on Intel machines as well which (Flip4mac does not currently):

It's $49

Oops... forgot about the Popwire component. Thanks, Anders. Their Compression Master product also does wmv.

Flip4Mac will be Intel very, very soon, and it is about the best WMV9 codec for the Mac around. I use it every week, I've looked at all sorts of WMV9 solutions, I'm sold on Flip4Mac.
