OK, after long deliberation, we decided that our film had no chance of being cut down to 5 minutes. So, we'll be entering the short out of competition.

The good news is that now we can let y'all know about it - see our post in the Cafe, or go directly to the official website, TheOre.net

Ahh man! I'm disappointed it couldn't be in the Hero Fest. After looking at your stuff, there's sooo much more I need to learn about cinematography and lighting. Jeeze. I'm a humbled SOB.

Sam, as always GREAT stuff ... and I LOVE how you make your websites for these films of yours. I SO envy you, my friend. :)

And take this as a sincere compliment, when I say it's a relief to see you're out ... from a competition stand point, of course.

Wow,

This really looks great. I just watched the teaser and it's teasing good. Can't wait to see the finished film. Looks very inspiring and ambitious. Who's scoring the film? I didn't see any credits yet on the Personnel page.

Anyway, I wish you the very best for this and future projects!

Cheers,

I just watched the teaser trailer and all I can say is.....Thank you for dropping out of the competition

Seriously though, that is great stuff....it looked like a teaser for a real sci-fi film. I can't wait to see the finished product.

This is great man...I saw the trailer and liked it a lot , very professionaly done!!!

If you need a great score for your project drop an email to me:) !!!

wow! This looks incredible. I too, am relieved you're out of the running lol I think you could take all of these contests without question. The film looks great, I looked at the site last night in another post you made about it.

I loved your trailer! Every time I see something like this I look at my DVX100A and say "Yep, same camera - I wonder where the magic button is located so my stuff can look like that." Seriously though, you inspire me to keep trying.

Man that was AWESOME!!! I love the line where she say, "I'm here now". There is so much conviction in her voice!

What were the effects done in? Can't wait for the short and the BTS.

Holy crap mate. My entry isn't/wasn't (Might not be able to finish now) gonna come anywhere near that. Well done.
