Question Re 720p/60 to 24p?

I shot some footage accidentally at 720p/60.

This is still new to me, can someone point me to how I might convert this in FCP to 720p 24?

Is done at the clip level or at the sequence level, or at another level.

I think you need to use a program like Magic Bullet Suite for After Effects or a plugin for FCP like nattress.com or http://www.kafwang.com/eureka/eurekamain.html

Just as a note, your 60fps converted to 24fps will not look completely right. Most likely, your shutter speed was not at 48 so you will not have the right amount of motion blur, etc to make it look like it was shot 24fps.
