I'm surprised as you, hope it was not only a magical "trick" of Hvx200 pre-release camera. Have you tested an Xdcam HD? F-350? I saw you are 'nuff interested about it, in the past time I've also suggested this camera for us, maybe you've did some test in person?

The XDcam HD follows Sony's interpretation of color and overall picture. It looks like the Z1, but significantly sharper and a bit more colorful and solid. You should go see it for yourself, Danilo. The camera seems to be everywhere! Call Sony Broadcast Italy to see if you can go check out the camera...

If you like Sony's interpretation of color, than you won't go wrong with the Xdcam-hd. Its the best sony camera in therms of Price/value on the market.

EDIT- You should bring some HVX footage with you to see which one you like most, too :) .

SPZ I'm much interested in new 1/2 fujinon Hd lens and 1/2" ccd for noise reduction. If we can achieve a result near to Cinealta is good, don't you think?

Try it first Danilo. Compare it with the HVX, than choose. If you have the budget for this camera, than I would suggest to wait for the NAB announcements from Panasonic. They will most ceretainly have a competitor on the same price range.

EDIT- Have you got a place where I could send you a video?DO you klike car racing? I've one shot with the DVX that you might like to see. All shot in natural dailight, with CC in only one DVX shot. I just wanto you to see that, if with the DVX you can achieve certain results, than the HVX should be more than enough for film.

Have you seen the "snow footage" clip? Or the Ipod Boogie Clip? Or the recent " Lapdancers" clip? I suggest you see these and compare it with the competition. And Ipod Boogie seems like it didn't had any complex CC, just a bit of black stretching.

The video mentioned by you are very good, I'd like only to see if we can have best result with others camera because we're near to NAB, you know.

And these days I've to do a lot of exercices, and I'm drawing an illustration that could be pubblished on a comic book , so this forum is dangerous for me!
