Whoohoo! Herofest! Who's In?

Man, I sooo want to make something for this one, but I can't see how...

5 documentaries set for production in April plus my own 15min short I've been planning to shoot with friends since December... oh and that Sci-Fest entry I have yet to film - the script is damn good and the props are all ready, but the snow seems to be going bye-bye and it's a must... damn, I'm gonna go crazy....
 
sorry but i've got to pull out... there have been some problems lately with the people i'm working with and such and I dont feel i can meet the deadline... definitely going to be in the next contest though

Seriously sorry to hear about that. I know it sucks to get excited about something and then get the creaping suspicion that you are headed down a road that will yeild less than desireable results due to resources or personell or whatever.

Glad you spotted it early on and good luch next time.

thank you. yea i just feel that with whats going on i couldnt do my film or the contest justice (no pun intended lol). but definitely next time!
 
your still aways out though -- you might be able to rethink with the mantra that simple is better -- that's what I did for my Zombie fest entry "Shed" -- just one dude in a a shed and some cool makeup.
 
Brandon -- if you're really bored you could look at the pre contest lists for Sci Fi, and Zombie fest and then compare that with the actual final numbers that submitted -- we could start guessing how many films we'll actually have for Hero Fest.
