Stickypod providing free image and video hosting

As is my "long ashes" signature emoticon...

Edit: I went back and relocated each image, uploaded them to one of my own webpages, and relinked them...
I'm now going back to do this with all my threads, one at a time.

hehe.

I've just sent out links to a few possible jobs...since my hosting went bust, thought it was a life saver. Now I feel like a plum...

Sticky Pod has a new gallery

We have a new video gallery and you're definitely going to like it. It's significantly better than the old one. You will find your videos or pics in the gallery listed "Old Gallery". Just relink to your videos and photos.

If you have a Sticky Pod forum username and password, then your ready to go. Just use this same login for the video gallery. If not, be sure to sign up for one.

Just reupload your pics and videos or tell us which ones you want moved and we will do it for you. Please be sure to tell us your album name and login ID.

Sorry for the troubles, but you will definitely like this new setup a whole lot better.

I tried this and (after going through 30 pages) found only about three of my images...the others have all been deleted.

There are now only four member gallery's (and mine is not one of them.) I don't recall how many there were before, but the list took up a good part of a page.

Try a search using the file name or just tell us the name of the file. The old username and passwords will not work unless they were the same as the forum username and password. Once you have a login for the forum, you're good to go in the video gallery.
 
Callaghan Films is up on the Sticky Pod site. Have another look in the old gallery. Just use the search feature to find your stuff. After you create an album, I can tranfer it into your new album.
 
Tom can you give me a link to my old gallery cant find it and need to show a client some work. It's nick the Hemingway guy.
 
Tom could you move all my old stuff for me and will my old username and password work with it this is an emergency.
 
He will let you upload new stuff but you have to create a new username and you don't get an individual gallery. The way it is now.....stickypod is the owner of all work on his site. He is saying that all the old stuff will be deleted in 30 days.

I for one would not put any new work on his site. And......if I didn't already own a stickypod I certainly wouldn't buy one.

The new gallery will allow you to create your own individual gallery. If you had a username and password on our forum, then you're ready to go. If not, then sign up and you will find this new gallery is substantially better than the old. It's a commercial product from PhotoPost. Once you login, just click My Albums and create your own individual gallery. You can link to your vids just like before. If you want to reupload the stuff from the old gallery, that's fine, otherwise tell us which files you want in your new album and we will move them for you.

You can find your old vids in the gallery labeled "Old Gallery".

CallaghanFilms, your vids are in the Old Gallery. Just search for callaghan from the home page.

Marlene, this new gallery will look much more professional to your clients or potential jobs.

I know the move is a pain, but it will be over soon and you'll like this new gallery much better than the old.

When it's all over we'll have a :beer:

Yep.....that's the way it was for me too, so I just created a new account. You can't access your old stuff anyway.
