Zoom H4n and Vegas

Does anyone have an easy workflow to sync audio recorded on an external like the H4n to footage from a 5D? I am trying to figure out what to do for sound on a 7D.

I watched Phillip Bloom's tutorial for the FCP plug in called PluralEyes and thought I should give the H4n a look. But I wonder what things would be like on Vegas.

As long as you do dedicated and accurate a clap board sync, it should work fine. I do it with Nagra audio. First lay down the camera(s) video/audio on the time line, than drag and drop the H4N audio files right underneath, later matching the in/out points based on the clap, which is VERY visible on the audio track.

Something in your favor is that your scene length is limited with a DSLR, which also helps avoid any audio drift that may occur over lengthy scenes.
