Hey guys,
Need some advice on a purchase. I have a Zoom H4n and I have been essentially using it as a shotgun mic. I put it on a boom pole and put it over the subject's head when shooting interviews for documentary work. It does fine, but there is the occasional room tone or noise off camera that is picked up by doing this. I have an old lav mic that I think I must have accidentally nabbed from a shoot at some point... It is a wired lav and I run it into one of the inputs on the bottom of the H4n... that works fine too, but what I would like to do is put a wireless lav on the subject and have that audio from that mic coming into the h4n without having a cord stretch across my interview space... this way the zoom can stay beside me and i can monitor it rather than having it over the subject's head and hoping it is recording properly... any advice on how to get a wireless setup to the h4n with as little money and equipment (i am a one man show so i like the travel as light as possible).
thanks
