That looks awesome. What materials do you work with?

Liquid latex, cotton balls, makeup.... Some of the parts came from a mold in which liquid latex was applied (4 - 8x coats) then peeled out to produce a positive latex mask, which was then cut up and applied (teeth, brown and nose)
