Zombie and Robert Rodriguez fans

snippet from MTV.com by way of CHUD.com:

QT spills some of the beans on Grindhouse, the faux-double feature he is making with Robert Rodriguez. "His movie is called 'Planet Terror,' and mine is called 'Death Proof,' " Tarantino revealed. "Mine is sort of a slasher film, but instead of a knife, it's a car. ... His, he's dealing with zombies and all that stuff. I think his might end up being more violent, but I'm not finished with my [script] yet, so you never know."

haha, it's about time he's going to do some nasty ass gore. sin city was violent, but Frank Miller violent. RR has to show his own sense of nastiness.

Another favorite!! I think his choice of using vampire ducks instead of vampire bats, was sheer brilliance! And bringing Donald out of retirement as the crotchety old "head duck" was masterful. Kind of reminded me of Tarantino...

EDIT: Hey, no fair editing your typos!!! You just killed my whole joke... Sheesh...

What about From Dusk till Dawn?

A vampire "dancer" movie without tons of gratuitous nudity? Forget it. Check out Vamps 2: Blood Sisters, available at Hollywood Video and from Netflix for a real vampire "dancer" movie.

Have you guys watched FULL TILT BOOGIE on the special edition DVD? It is a making of DUSK TIL DAWN. If not you gotta check it out.

Full Tilt Boogie is definitely worth watching just to see the many ways a union can affect a non-union shoot.
