Zipline Camera...

Well i was thinking about trying to put one together to use it for filming next winter.
Does anyone know anything about the zipline camera? I have seen several companies in the ski and snowboard industry using them now a days and im trying to figure out how to build one myself...
and im stuck...
any suggestions?

I built a gravity fed one that's similar to what DC built in that thread.....just no motor, and no remote display.


I spent about $70 at the ace hardware in Kings Beach.

I'll be using it mainly for biking but the few tests I've done worked out pretty well. Just make a dummy weight close to that of your camera first for test runs :D
