hello everyone,
so i am looking to purchase a nice Zeiss lens or 2 for mainly my Canon 5D, as well for 35mm film and video projects. im not too keen on it being a superfast, a T1.4 since the camera has a sensitive ISO, anyone have any suggestions?
i am aware without accurate testing i wont know what that lens' image will yield.
however, my main question is what is the difference between all these guys:
Distagon
Planar
Sonnar
Jena
Histogam
i am sure they all have their own personalities. can anyone help me out to narrow some of these worth testing? I do have some wiggle room in budget.
