Zeiss lenses vs Nikon lenses

Well I'm thinking of buying the Zeiss 35; 50; and 85mm lenses, what will I see of difference from these lenses that I won't see from the Nikon lenses I currently have being used on my Letus rig.

It's a matter of taste and the specific lenses you're talking about. Nikon 85mm 1.4 and the Zeiss ZF 85mm 1.4 are equally superb lenses but they have different color rendition and a slightly different looking bokeh. These are the only two I have compared and I prefer the Zeiss, but that doesn't mean I don't like the Nikon. If your letus is fine tuned to the correct back focus, both of these are brilliantly sharp. They are priced about the same.

I have the Zeiss ZF 18mm, 28mm, 50mm and the 100mm.

My favorite Zeiss ZF lens out of the 4 is the 100mm, if you could only get one lens out of the whole set my pick would be the Zeiss ZF 100mm.

2nd pick would be the 50mm then the 18mm, I rarely use the 28mm.

The 100mm Zeiss ZF has a very nice bokeh (see attachment)
