Zeiss uses "color co-site sampling." Search for it on the Zeiss website. It is worth watching the animation explaining how it works.

I already can make movies like that. I take the lens off of my XL2, connect the EF adapter and a Canon EOS T-adapter to an optical tube, and connect it straight to the ocular of my compound microscope. I couldn't afford a nice Nikon scope with the dedicated optical tube. I can't wait to get a dissecting scope.

One of these days I'll get around to capturing and posting some of the micro footage.

"Stemi" DV4 by Zeiss

I have used Leica scopes and liked them. I never used a Zeiss.

AxioCamHR better than a 3CCD video camera

AxioCamHR better than a 3CCD video camera

You have to find the images yourself on the Zeiss site. It is not linkable. But here are sample Zeiss uses to say their cam is better than yours.

In all seriousness, you probably could find an amoeba or two in any standing water in a plane. Standing water could be a very small water spill.

Therefore, they are probably on your airplane, so watch out Sam Jackson!
