My station bought a graphics package from a company and right now the guys in weather are having a problem with a video flashing green.
The file is fine, one of them called the weather company that set up their new system and asked if the file is "YUV compliant"
We have the elements and the after effects project to re-render from the company, but how can I be sure if a file is YUV compliant or not?
