youtube and monitors

okay so I've compressed this video for Youtube, and I have it up privately right now. For some reason, I don't know why— but on my external monitor, there are whitish lines going vertically through the blacks— while on my laptop monitor, the lines aren't there. I've now tested it on four monitors, and both the bigger external monitors have the lines, and the smaller monitors do not.

Also wanted to note that the video is very dark. It's heavy on the blacks.

Any idea why?
