Your Thoughts... Go!

dodecahedron camera (12 sided). The pans were done using the stills. The footage looks dead on like the footage we used to shoot doing virtual tours and street view videos at my last job (http://www.immersivemedia.com/) - perhaps they used the front lens and then took the wraparound stills/video and integrated that into the final vid. My guess at least.

This is along the lines of what I was going to say. All the forward movement seems totally organic, like it was on a steadi-cam but all the pans are mechanical like they were stills that were stitched together.

Are we suppossed to come up with a theory behind how it was shot?

Seems like the bomb squad lent them one of their track driven contraptions, not literally but the movement suggests it a remote control unit with independant right side / left side forward and reverse, like a tank.

I just cant get over how much if fails to serve any useful purpose. Theres no emotional/atmospheric represention of the suite in any way shape or form. Most of the time is spent going down corridors, followed by skirting the walls of the rooms.

If I was that hotel Id pull that clip.

My thoughts.... you mean besides, "Fire the decorator!". That looks more like a Google Maps Hotel Tour than a sincere attempt to sell someone on staying there.

Patryk's video looks great.
