I have made a 720p Xvid file that I would like to burn to a DVD for viewing. Is this possible?

I know of ConvertXtoDVD, but I don't know if it compresses it further. Is there a program that will burn a xvid without killing the quality?

It's a recompression no matter what. Do you not have access to the original? It will be both faster and higher quality to encode from that. Otherwise the program you mentioned would work. I couldn't get a usable DVD when trying to do similar actions long ago, but your situation would probably have different results.

So are you saying CovertXtoDVD should burn the HD xvid in the same dimensions?
