Hi, I got an x-rite i1 display pro, brand new from B&H.
The software simply refuses to open. An hour with tech support and 20 un/reinstalls and restarts have gotten me nothing.
Does anyone here have any ideas?
Some details:
I'm running windows 7
I see i1profiler running in task manager services but not applications
I don't get a splash screen
The dock application works, it just doesn't open the program, it tells me that I need to calibrate (duh!)
I've installed spyder software before, but never calibrated with it. I've since uninstalled the spyder software.
All other programs have been working just fine.
Open GL has been toggled on and off, it didn't fix it.
