xml out for AE

I"m working with Creative Suite 5.

How do I export and xml file from After Effects, without using Automatic duck? My main objective is to have the Warp stabilizer effect work that I have done to come along with me. I tried sending it to Premiere but the Stabilizer work didn't follow.

There are two primary methods to make this work. The first is as suggested above, use Dynamic Link to bring the comp directly into Premiere Pro. This method will require rendering the comp inside of PP to see smooth playback.

The second method is to export a lossless file out of After Effects for use inside of PP.

Why don't you just drag the comp into Premiere?

Unfortunatly, the Warp Stablizer won't go into Premiere. Also, this is about 8 clips that total up to 6 minutes and is part of a 1.5 hour long project already being edited in Final Cut. The main editor is looking for me to have this shot stablized in AE and have reading for him to use in FCP.

I was just hoping to give the editor the flexability of an xml in the sense the footage would have larger handles and I won't have to export each clip as it own movie. I guess it wasn't meant to be that simple :/
