XLR Adapter

Hi, its my first thread so chill with the indignaties, i currently own a Sony Handycam DCR VX2100 and it has a boot for some attachable microphones, but knowing that the best microphones are XLR i am hunting for any kind of adapter that will allow a DCR VX2100 to use XLR microphones. Also if anyone wants to sell or knows where to buy a Century Optics Ultry Fisheye Adapter MK1 then please let me know, and dont say ebay. Thanks all!

you can go for beach tek or similar , will give you ability to work with every mike which requires 48 ph
the regular pl mini to xlr plug would only allow you run self powered microphones , if you go this way buy cable which blocks the dc bias with internal capacitor
